I am working the last 37 years with young people in my University and I believe that, the new generation will make a better world than we made and they will correct our mistakes for the future of their children.
We live in interesting times and I am excited by the challenges that lie ahead. Considering the complex business and finance challenges that lay ahead in a global scale we must strive to equip future business leaders with the competence and character to address them.

η Παιδεία στην Ελλάδα
Η παιδεία στις ημέρες μας είναι κατώτερη των περιστάσεων αφού δεν μπόρεσε να παρακολουθήσει τις μεταβολές που συντελούνται παγκόσμια με το τέλος της 2ης βιομηχανικής επανάστασης και την μετάβαση στην 3η βιομηχανική επανάσταση, την Κοινωνία των Πληροφοριών.
Η ανώτατη πεδία στη χώρα μας, προσπαθεί να παρακολουθήσει και όχι να οδηγήσει τις εξελίξεις.
Η προσήλωση σε πεπαλαιωμένα Καθηγητικο-κεντρικά συστήματα, έχει απομακρύνει την παιδεία από την αγορά εργασίας με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργούνται στρατιές ανέργων πτυχιούχων ή αλλιώς να δημιουργείται ένα προλεταριάτο του πνεύματος, έτσι το πρόβλημα ανακυκλώνεται και οδηγούμε τους νέους ανθρώπους στο εξωτερικό.
Με άλλα λόγια κάνουμε εξαγωγή του πνευματικού δυναμικού αυτής της χώρας.

Today the education has to provide students many complex issues associated with international and global thinking by applying the philosophy of Human center concept.
By studying the essential philosophy in management, students will be encouraged to develop their own strategies in order to survive in the 3rd industrial revolution and that because knowledge is power and power is knowledge.
